Service Description
Join us for an exhilarating horseback trail ride through the scenic landscapes. Conveniently located approximately 25 miles from Red River Gorge. Suitable for beginners and experienced riders alike. Experience the beauty of nature on horseback. This option is for our 1 hour ride(Ages 11+). You can also add on the Cattle Experience or the River Ride for an additional $50 per person.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our horseback riding adventure. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review and adhere to the following booking policy: Guest Information: Pony rides are available for our guests age 4-11. Children must be 11+ for our Trail Ride adventures. We may be able to accommodate one child(7-10) on our Trail Rides but they will be lead by your guide. Reservation and Deposit: Advance Booking: All horseback rides must be booked at least 48 hours before the desired trip date. Deposit: To secure your reservation, you must pay a $25 deposit when booking. This deposit will be applied to the ride’s total cost, with the remaining balance due before the trip. Cash, Venmo, Cash App and Zelle are accepted for payments the day of the trip. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled ride. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund of their pre-paid amount. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the $25 deposit. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your ride without penalty if you do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip. Rescheduling requests will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled ride and have not notified us in advance, the full cost of the ride will be charged. Weather Policy Weather Conditions: Safety is our top priority. Rides will proceed in light rain or shine but may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., thunder or lightning storms, hail, extreme heat). We will contact you as soon as possible if your ride needs to be rescheduled due to weather. If there is no availability due to a weather reschedule, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Tipping: If you enjoy your ride, please hug your horse and tip your guide. Your appreciation and generosity are greatly valued.
